Mad Beans Cold Brew Concentrate Recipes
Let’s call the shots.
Cold brew concentrate is a powerhouse—smooth, bold, and strong. In these recipes, we’ll start with a standard “shot” of 60 ml, but feel free to tweak to your taste. Like it sweeter? Add more syrup. Want a serious caffeine kick? Go heavy on the concentrate. No wrong answers here—just good coffee, your way.
1. Cold Brew Cappuccino (Hot or Iced)
We’re keeping this one smooth and balanced. Think café vibes at home.
60 ml Mad Beans cold brew concentrate
120 ml milk (or milk alternative)
Sweetener if you fancy
Hot: Warm the cold brew with 60 ml of milk until nice and steamy. Froth the other 60 ml of milk and pour it over like a pro.
Iced: Just pour the cold brew over ice, top with milk, and give it a stir. Tweak the milk ratio if you like it creamier.
2. Classic Iced Coffee

90 ml Mad Beans cold brew concentrate
150 ml water or milk (your call)
Ice cubes
Sweetener (optional)
How to:
Fill a glass with ice, pour in the cold brew, top it off with milk or water, and give it a swirl. Sip, adjust, repeat.
3. Cold Brew Caramel Latte (Hot or Iced)
We’re going a little stronger with this one. Sweet, smooth, and ridiculously good.

60 ml milk
¼ teaspoon caramel syrup (start here, add more if you’ve a sweet tooth)
Ice (for iced version)
Hot: Gently heat the cold brew and milk together, stir in that caramel syrup, and pour into your favourite mug. Add more syrup if needed—no judgement here.
Iced: Stir caramel into the cold brew, pour over ice, top with cold milk, and maybe drizzle a little extra caramel on top if you're feeling fancy.
