This organic-certified coffee comes from Beshasha in the Agaro region of Jimma, Ethiopia, where it is grown at altitudes of 2,000–2,100 metres above sea level.

The carefully washed process brings clarity and brightness to the cup, allowing the delicate fruit notes to shine alongside gentle sweetness and chocolate notes.
