I started buying from Mad Beans last year after finding them at Mountain View market just outside Kilkenny, I really like their brand values and once I tasted their Brazilian beans I was hooked. I use a Sage barista touch with Grind setting around 9-10 and always get a nice consistent pour with good crema and the puck always stays together when ejected. I have tries Square mile, Cloud Picker, Monmouth Coffee but I keep coming back to Mad Beans because it has exactly the right balance for my morning Latte :)

Mad Beans Brazilian coffee is amazing! You can really tell it’s freshly roasted. I have a Sage Barista. I’ve tried lots of different brands of coffee in it and this is my go-to coffee now!
